Jenny and I both got new cell phones this weekend. Both of our contracts were up and I wanted to add her onto my account to get a family plan sort of deal. Of course, when resigning you get good discounts on phones and accessories. I knew I wanted the AT&T Tilt and I wanted Jenny to get some type of smartphone. We finally settled on the Pantech Duo for her, and we both love our new phones.

AT&T Tilt and Pantech Duo
I've been looking to get a new smartphone for the past year, but wanted to wait until I could get one with Windows Mobile 6 installed. Well, that day came a few months ago when AT&T released their newest smartphone called Tilt. But I wanted to wait a few months for the reviews to come in and also for my contract to expire. Now that the reviews are in (and good) and the fact that I can pick one up fairly cheap by re-signing another 2 year contract, I plan on getting one here in the next few weeks.
A few weeks ago Cingular released their newest smartphone simply called the Cingular 8525. It sucks. You know why? Because I don't have one yet. Heh. Truth be told, if I had money or if I didn't just buy the Cingular 2125 a year ago, I'd immediately go out and buy this smartphone.
After 2+ years I finally got a new cell phone, a Cingular 2125 SmartPhone to be exact. Yes it is awesome, and yes I'm going to tell you everything about it right now. I decided to go with Cingular service because of three things: they have full digital service in Lake Havasu, cheap monthly rate plans, and awesome phones.
It's the Cingular 2125. It's got pretty much everything I'm looking for: Windows mobile, camera, high-res screen, blue-tooth, headphone jack, etc, etc. My contract with crappy Verizon is up, so I'm going to give Cingular (AT&T) a try. They seem to have pretty good service, affordable rate plans, and this cool phone.
Currenly my cell phone service is through Verizon Wireless. I haven't ever been too happy with them. One of my biggest complaints was the fact that they never had any cool phones to choose from. They had your standard cell phones and then immediately jumped up to PDAs. There was really nothing good in between.
